This department is also the first point of contact for the concerns of AOS members and forwards them to the responsible AOS department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tasks of the AOS \"Secretary\" department:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drafting minutes of monthly board meetings&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of agendas for the monthly board meetings&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drafting the minutes of the Annual General Meeting&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending out invitations (e.g. to AOS events)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of registrations for AOS events&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation and sending of the AOS newsletter to the members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of the membership directory&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of the inbox of the office address&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administration of Microsoft Business: OneDrive and MS Teams&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The <strong>goals of the AOS \"Secretary\" department for the 2023-2025<\/strong> term of office are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To be available as the first point of contact via the office for interested parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensuring documentation of all AOS meetings and events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reference to any deadlines and the demand for compliance with these requirements within the AOS board.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To inform the members about the current activities and events of AOS in the form of regular newsletters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info coblocks-alert-paragraph has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#454545\"><strong>Benefits from an AOS membership in this department:<\/strong><br><strong>-&gt;<\/strong> First point of contact for AOS members and their concerns.
