To become a member as an individual or institution, please fill out the membership form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"arten-der-mitgliedschaft\"><b>Types of membership<\/b>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<h5>Ordinary members\u00a0&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Ordinary members are natural persons of any gender who wish to support the activities of the association primarily through their active participation in achieving the purpose of the association and who pay a membership fee in accordance with \u00a710 of the current statutes to support the association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<h5>Collective members<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Collective members are legal entities, in particular universities of applied sciences or universities, who pay a membership fee in accordance with \u00a710 of the current statutes to support the association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<h5>Student members&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW131177081 BCX8\" lang=\"DE-AT\" xml:lang=\"DE-AT\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW131177081 BCX8\">Student members are those who demonstrably complete an education or study program at a university and pay a membership fee in accordance with \u00a710 of the current statutes to support the association. Upon completion of the study program, this membership automatically becomes an ordinary membership.\u00a0&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW131177081 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233279&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559685&quot;:720,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<h5>Retired members&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Retired members are those who no longer exercise their professional activity due to retirement and who pay a membership fee in accordance with \u00a710 of the current statutes to support the association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<h5>Honorary members<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Honorary members are natural persons of any gender who are appointed for this purpose on the basis of their special services to the association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<h5>Dormant members&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Dormant members are those regular members whose membership has been dormant for a period not to exceed two years. This contract can be revoked within fourteen days without giving any reasons according to Fern- und Ausw\u00e4rtsgesch\u00e4fte-Gesetz (FAGG). To exercise the right of revocation, a clear declaration must be sent by post or email to the Austrian Association of Occupational Science (Holzmeistergasse 7-9\/2\/1, A-1021 Vienna, <a title=\"mailto:office@austrianoccupationalscience.com\" href=\"mailto:office@austrianoccupationalscience.com\" target=\"_self\">office@austrianoccupationalscience.com<\/a>)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of revocation, the Austrian Association of Occupational Science has to refund all payments already received at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received. The same means of payment used for the original transaction shall be used for this repayment.
